Service Policy
Service calls are normally fulfilled within 24 hours Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. at our normal service rates. After hour service rates are billed at one and a half times our normal rate, this includes weekends and holidays.

Any on site visit will be billed a minimum of one hour at our current service rates. After the first hour time will be billed in 15 minute increments.

There is never a trip charge associated with our service calls.
