Code Change Policy
The code/codes used to arm and disarm your system.

1. There is a $25.00 charge for code changes made remotely from our office.

2. Not all control panels can be accessed from our office and may require a site visit from a technician. This will generate a service call that is billed at our current rates with a minimum charge of 1 hour.

3. User codes can be changed by the person using the master code in most cases.  Consult your owner’s manual or refer to our owner’s manual section of the web site if you are unable to locate your copy.

4 An email confirmation will be sent once the code change has been implemented.
